*no fast*
No workout, just couldn't get myself psyched up enough, that and the lack of sleep and weekend of crappy eating just caught up to me. So I watched this video again this morning

Heroes is back so now I know I'll get at least 1 good foam rolling session a week!
~45 minutes on the foam roller with a focus on:
-calves
-hamstrings
-quads
-it bands
-upper back
-lats
