Shitake mushrooms and sauce

1 package of dried shitake mushrooms
1 1/2 cups red or white wine
1/2 cup cream
2 tsp of capers
Salt and pepper to taste

Place mushrooms and wine into a small pot. Simmer mushrooms for 15-20 minutes in the wine. Add cream and capers and simmer 5 more minutes. Pour over meat and enjoy.
