I agree with Jay.
I was lucky enough to get some 1:1 coaching with Mike O'D and had similar goals to you. Ended up gaining nearly 5kgs of lean muscle in about 5 weeks and increased strength loads. The trick was to eat lighter during the day so I wasn't feeling tired and bloated and eat like a monster at night - give your body the signals to grow. I washed down my meals with whole milk, olive oil, whey smoothie. I would throw in one IF per week max cos I like the feeling.
