Had the rare chance to lift with the wife today. It was good.

wife: 70x3x5

Pullups:
3x10

Clean catch practice:
45x15

dumbell power snatch:
both arms:
25x2x10 as fast as I could

Planks:
front: 2:00
r-l: 1:10
