Just messed around with some bodyweight stuff today and some KB swings

5 min of KB Swings
OHS 1 x 12 (bar)
Situps 1 x 12
Ring Dips 2 x 12
L-Pullups 2 x 6
Pullups 2 x 10
15 Burpees
Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 12

Messed around on the rings with support holds and the pullup bar.
