Were you keeping your grip tight, or did you possibly loosen your grip and then reestablish it in an extended position? Seems to me that area has a lot to do with grip and wrist movements, but could also be the lower part of the bicep on the inside where it connects, which means you were pulling with your arms.

Not a doctor, so I'm just guessing.
