Main thing is to get the swelling down (massage and ice) and then get back your ROM (stretching with ice after) then start working in some light exercising to build strength back up (with stretching and ice after).

If you're getting nerve pain it would be a good idea to get it looked at. Otherwise, you should be able to find some rehab protocols from MMA fighters on what they do when they get armbar-ed too far.
