I heard on Jim Rome that Petruzelli was approached by the Elite XC brass and offered an incentive to keep the fight standing.

So much for that Kimbo as Elite's poster boy.

I thought it was funny seeing Frank rip into Ken in the intro about taking that head butt during his pre-fight warm-up. "What are you thinking?"
