I have to agree that was an excellent video. I am going to add that to my drills for sure. I saw a website that had one of the Shamrocks doing the same kind of drilling but I can't find the bookmark. Yael another hijack alert, Josh in another post you had mentioned focusing on relaxing and not muscling through the moves. I am working very hard on achieving this goal with some level of success. Do you have any specific drills or coaching cues that you use to help you flow?
