Lightweights there are up to 200 so there is absolutely no reason to go that light.
I'm 233-236 right now and probably slowly will keep going up - Robb Wolf's nutrition cert really helped my out - and going all Paleo with very little fruit intake only PWO is leaning me out while making me feel a ton better and quite a bit stronger.
And the fact that
1. I love food, especially steak
2. I still do O-lifts 2/wk and have a linear progression day
That should keep me getting heavier. I think @ 250 and 12% bf or so should be about right!
