One thing I've noticed is after I added the Burgener warm up and some weighted hang snatches to my warm up, my shoulders have felt better.

Of course, the ART hasn't hurt either.

I believe it was Dan John who suggested those scapula lifts about 2 years ago in an article. He said to do them after jerking the weight up, if I remember correctly.
