It was both humbling and exhilirating at the same time. I loved it.
After she competed, she went to the warm up room and put some Hi-tech plates on a woman's bar and clean and jerked it several times - which was actually more than she lifted in contest. When she finally figured out how much was on the bar, she told me, "see, I told you I could have lifted more."
I had so much fun.
