1030 2 eggs scrambled with milk and cheese, 1 small gala apples, handful of almonds

1120 1 zone bar

1345 3 oz tuna; 1.5 cups lentil soup, 2 spoonfuls almond butter

1530 17 slices turkey pepperoni, 1 kiwi, ~10 almonds

2030 - 1 italian sausage link with some cooked peppers and onions, about 1.5 cups of green beans, 2 spoonfuls of almond butter, 1 michelob ultra (but it could be 2 by the end of the night, to be completely honest)
