Pressing SN Balance: 30kg x 3 x 3

Squat: 235 x 5 x 3

Bench: 150 x 5 x 3

Pwr. Clean: 100 x 3 x 5

Chins: 2 sets 16, 11

GHR: 2 sets of 8


My diet has been crap. I am just having some difficulty getting the calories in. The lifting was alright today, not my best but not bad either.
