I believe Greg has said that if at all possible jump in at the beginning of a strength cycle. There tends to be more technique work during these cycles as opposed to the bulgarian cycles. This should hopefully prepare you adequately for the Bulg cycle. You can always go back to the beginning of the cycle through the archives. I myself am going to start when the next strength cycle starts. Hope that helps a little.
