please review my IF schedule
So, after thinking it through, I created a program that works well with my moods, appetite and lifestyle, while keeping my metabolism in check
Fast from 9pm-12/1pm
Break fast with fruit, then protein,fat, veggie and starchy carbs
3-4pm: late lunch
6-7pm: satisfying dinner of fat, protein and veggies
9pm: whey protein shake
So its 4 meals a day, and the day starts at 1pm and ends at 9pm.
