Started with the milk thing a bout three weeks ago.
I currently weigh 153lbs. Not too shabby, seems to be working, getting stronger, and noticeable bigger. Wee bit pudgier but I'm ok with that I'm still fairly lean.
I average 1 - 2 litres of milk per day.
