Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
5 rounds + 5 thrusters
note: I got a 'Charlie horse' after the first round, and my lower back was hurting. I haven't done a met con WOD in months. The thrusters were easy and so were the hpc. The sdlhp were light, but because of the agonizing pain in my lower back they were in a pain in the ass.
