So do you think you will lift in the meet Sunday?
I am definitely over 77 now. I had a few bad days of eating from Sat to Yesterday, but am back on the good train now. I think I will wrry less about staying 77 and just eat and lift. I don't want to get fat, or do the bulk then cut routine, but a little more healthy food for me will be ok, esp if I get on the 4 day split ala Jimmy.
