For any of you interested in the game but finding yourself a little unsure of the positions this may be of some use:
Since writing the article on training for the PM, I've given some more thought to CrossFit and rugby. Every couple of days someone on the CF boards seems to ask about it. Well, to be frank, let's forget the professionals and consider that the majority of people who play rugby probably do no other training and so CrossFit is going to help. If you want to dabble then use it and keep us posted. If, on the other hand, you want to progress, develop and structure your training.

PS I realise the subject may prove a disappointment to some who have been lured under false pretences by the title. I get that everytime someone asks a question about snatches.
