Hi guys, posted this on facebook, and Allen recommended I post it here too.
Couple of quick things, my hips are shooting up too soon and I end up in an upside down L shape, I'm extending my hip forward instead of up, the bar is getting too far away from me, and I'm jumping forward to get under the bar. I'm sure there's a million more things as well. My biggest problem is even when I know that I'm doing something wrong, i.e. hips and legs straighten up and my back comes down, I don't know what to do to fix it.
All and any help is greatly appreciated.
