George, I've watched it in slow motion several times now, as well as the dozens of missed lifts I left out, I'm definitely letting the bar get away from me. Really far away from me on alot of the misses. Is that because of how I'm extending my hips? Or do I just need to exert force with my arms to keep the bar in?
