I mean, I am following a modified/loose IF diet of high protein and fat, and trying to keep carbs to a minimum. But, if someone is grillin burgers, I just make sure ive got more steak than bread.
Enjoy your food, is it really worth turning it into such a scientific, super strict diet? There are a lot more important things to worry about.
