If the goal is to gain 10-15 lbs of lean mass, I would rather do it in 3-4 months over the winter. I could do it over 18 months, but I guess it is the American in me that would rather be strong sooner than later.

I enjoy the task. I like working toward a goal. Keep in mind it is much easier for some body types to burn fat than others.
