Jerky came out very good, though I think I had the heat a tad high, say 200, instead of 150ish and the meat somewhat cooked, BUT, with the Marinade, it came out dang tasty. Two pounds in in fridge, doubt if it will last till Wednesday.


Jerky, Hummus, Sardines, veggies, alot of hot herbal tea, as temps went from 30 to 15 today.
