Solid workout there. I'm always kind of amazed at what passes for form though.

Regardless that's a beast of a workout. About as solid of a conditioning circuit as one could come up with for wrestlers I suppose.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
