Tuesday 5 JanuaryWorked up to a 40kg snatch and a 70kg(PR!) clean & jerk. Finished with clean pulls from 70 to 90kg. Took it real easy today but at least I got some technique work in. The chough interrupted a few attempts but I felt pretty good by the end of the workout.
