Is it possible that white could be "better" due to removal of more of the grain? While you'll get a bigger insulin response, you'll also get fewer antinutrients and such? I think I remember Robb making this point at some time. Whole wheat flour vs. white is only better in the same sense that 1 pack of cigarettes per day is better than 2.
