Default Carrying on now... the Inaug is over and I'm back to writing stuff down...

Last week to now, I either danced for 30+ minutes with the baby or walked stairs with him on my back... Just getting back into movement so that TODAY I can start some routines...

100 single unders (few welts)
Tabata squats (OMG I wanted to DIE!!!)

4 rounds of 5 Reps
12# thrusters
bench step ups L/R

All while the babe was with me in the gym!
