Tried reverse band bench press today. I dont know if I had it set up wrong or what but I didnt like it at all. Plus it took forever to set up and pretty much ruined the rest of my workout. Needless to say I dont think I will be doing that again anytime soon.
Reverse band bench worked up to 3 rep max 315x2 failed on rep 3
alternating db press 75lb 3x8
a. wide grip pull ups 3x5 w/35lb plate
b. scarecrows 3x15
a. shrugs 2x10
b. fwd raises 2x10
c. lateral raises 2x10
