No. The largest spike in GH is pretty close after going to sleep.. within an hour or two. If you spike your carbs up like that you'll blunt the effect because insulin is higher than normal which leads to the smaller GH peaks.
Eat balanced meals during the day. Don't "save" up anything for the end, heh.
