PUSH-PULL 10min. (70 pull-ups,25 hspu's.70 push-ups)
5 rnds of 5 hspu's+5 pull-ups
5 rnds of 10 push-ups+5 pull-ups
2 rnds of 10 push-ups+10 pull-ups
