Mass Article Question
This is in regards to the Mass nutrition training program laid out in issue 17, in specific on page 7 under the ”CLC: The Revenge” section. I understand it fully up to the calorie breakdown point when you have:
“123 blocks fat = 184 grams + 27 grams in protein = 1899 calories”I don’t understand where the 27 grams of protein comes in. All else makes sense and is a great article.
Oh and one more question, how does the training template coincide with the WOD? Is it meant to replace it during the 8 weeks?
