Zone and Recovery
So, after dabbling for a while Paleo/If, I've decided to give ZONE/Paleo+dairy a try for a while. So far I like it! I've moved from about 1g of protein per body weight (165 grams), down to down to (112) or 16 blocks. I've notice more strength, stamina, and mental clarity. However, I'm sore as hell!! There was a point when the main site WOD's were making me mildly sore, but recently it feels like I'm working out for the first time. So, my question is, is it the lack of protein that's causing the decrease in recovery, or is it the greater intensity with which I've been lifting?
