I think like Derek said, it really depends on your goals. Trying to gain muscle, lost fat and increase lifts? Sign me up!
Its a lot to try and get maximum benefits for them all at once.
Milks got some fat, some protein, some carbs in a very useable convient form, and hydrates you better than water. Of course, everyone's got their own opinions, and honestly, the same thing dosent work for everyone.
Whatcha eating PWO Derek? I used to eat like... A piece of fruit and some cottage cheese? The more and more Ive been readin about milk, the more I like it.
