I am looking forward to experiment Fasting as part of my life style. I started keto beginning of this year, I could see results with fatty foods, I am consuming daily. Fasting will supposely give me the edge
Monday Chest / abs
Tuesday Back / cardio
Thursday Shoulder / Trap / cardio
Friday Legs / abs
Sunday Fasting / cardio
During my Rest day's, I'll be Fasting from 10:00 Pm day before to 2:00 pm and have window of 2:00 pm till 10:00 pm to intake my daily maintence's and return back to my normal keto diet as nothing has happen day before.
Is this safe?
Has anyone else tried this diet & what your experience?
Should I still do carb up normally every 2 weeks?
