When someone is eating 4 fat blocks to every 1 protein block, the 1.5g fat blocks just don't really work anymore.
This isnt even discussed in the book. That makes sense though, I forgot that 1.5g fat was assumed from protein. But, thats probably cause most are using it to lose weight and are not athletes.
