Default CrossFit Regionals Prep

Any thoughts?! first go at it, got about 2 months of prep! should I follow mainsite WOD? or supplement Olympic lifts in? Thoughts on how you all would go about training for Southern CAli's regionals if you were to give it a go, i want to make sure I'm dialed in on nutrition and supplementation, comments there would be awesome as well...
