Solid. 12 donuts, stale, fresh, sloshed in water, bone dry. It doesn't matter, that's a big effort. And akin to a 300lb clean and jerk any day. Nice fundraising for the fight against cancer too. You guys are onto something out there.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
