My dad takes cholesterol medication and I saw some B12 supplements around his apartment. He doesn't exercise, but he doesn't seem to have any noticeable health problems.
As for my vegetable consumption, I try to eat as much as I can, but considering how much meat I eat, I suspect that's still probably not enough balance it out.
Before my check up, I fasted for about 12 hours of so, but I probably had some beef within the day preceding the test.
I too have read about how dietary cholesterol has no effect on circulatory cholesterol, but I don't recall where. Any suggestions on a good source to read more about this?
I'm still going to take it safe and stick to egg whites for 3 months.
I've got to get the doctor to mail me the results.
