The biggest thing I see is that you are slow to pull under. It is my opinion that the pull under phase (some coaches call this the 3rd pull) is the most technical part of the lift. Do exercises such as Snatch Balances, 3 position Snatches (snatch from above the knee, below the knee, and from the ground without resting), Drop Snatches, overhead squats etc. The lift where your coach said, "it doesn't get any better than that" was the one where you pulled under the best. Your second pull (from mid-thigh to full extension) could use some more explosiveness. Other than that it is a bit hard to tell from the camera angle. Keep it up....looks pretty good overall!
