I like them so far, but I haven't taken them into the gym yet, yesterday was a deadlift day so I was in my wrestling shoes. I'll be taking these 7.0 into the gym later today.
Differences found so far between 7.0 trainers and 5.0 trainers:
-It's entirely synthetic, no suedelike material in the shoe so perhaps these will be more durable than the 5.0's?
-The inner "sock of the shoe" isn't as tight as they were in the 5.0's.
-The area where the strap goes across the top of your foot is a little bit tighter than the 5.0's I'm not sure if they made the shoe or if it's due to the materials they used in the construction.
