IF and Mass Gain
Seeing how Mass Gain is a popular subject...lets keep it rolling.
Does IF have a place in a Mass Gain cycle? If so when?
My guess, on off days with no training it may have an advantage in enhancing insulin sensitivity so on workout days PWO feedings get an enhanced response? But would you also get that with a low carb/high fat approach on off days...and carb load PWO on workout days?
