I've been tinkering with the whole 60%+ of my carb and protein intake in 2hr PWO window (in a pre-post drink, 1hr feeding, 2hr feeding).....my AMs are light...as I don't like eating a ton in the morning....makes me groggy.
That leaves my non workout days lighter on the food side...but I still tend to be gaining 1-2lbs a week.
