Either starting strength or one of Greg's programs would be suitable.

As Kevin and Gavin said, work hard on the big compound lifts and eat lots. You'll find that to eat the amounts of food required for serious mass gain you are probably going to have to slip in some "bad" foods like bread and the occasional fast food meal but if you don't go nuts most of the extra mass will be muscle.

Personally when I started O lifting seriously in 2006 I was 82kg, by the end of that year I was 95kg and stayed there in 2007 - 2008 and now since december 2008 I've gone from 96 to 104kg by eating everything in sight and busting my ass on squats, deads and strongman stuff.
