Bench 45 X 5, 135 X 5, 155 X 5, 175 X 5 X 2
Cable Low Row 10 X 5
DB Hammer Curl 25 X 12 X 2
Russian Twist 25 LB X 20 X 3
OA Floor Press 45 X 8 X 3
Straight Leg Lifts 12 X 3
Out of time. BS felt really good, just hammy's got super tight after last set and I didn't want to take a chance so I bagged the squats. Out of time and off to work.
