I forgot to add, doing all the things that Steven talked about are important to help fix/repair flat feet. Your feet are getting weaker with the orthotics, hard orthotics are the worst, think of them as like a "cast" for your foot bones.

Jumping rope in bare feet (or just lots of bouncing or short jumps on the balls of the feet) and/or learning POSE running would be very helpful.
