If you could critique these Clean and Jerks that would be great. There are some glaring problems, but I'd like to hear what you guys think. Any drills or specific things to work on would be great.
On a related note, I have an Olympic lifting meet May 13th. I am going to follow the Pmenu WOD and was wondering what type of cycle I should follow to maximize results for a peak in 2 months or so.
