Returning to barbell training after a 2 month active layoff
Not that I wanted to have this happen, but my gym closed down to move and they weren't finished with the new building(talk about bad business), and will be opening in a couple weeks here.
Since then, all I have been doing is kettlebell training(cleans, presses, squats, turkish getups, rows, swings, one legged squats with bodyweight) 2x per week, jump rope a few times per week, and doing some gymnastic ring dips and pullups 1-2x per week.
I know I am supposed to train at a lighter volume and intensity, but should I just go by feel or lower my lifts 10-15% until I get acclimated to it again?
