DB Hammer Curl 30 X 5 X 3

S/U 10 X 3

Today and tomorrow are recovery days. I am trying to determine exactly what is going into the next program and I don't want to over do it. I think I have it laid out pretty good but I am still tweaking. Couple of days more rest will do me good. Everything felt just right today.
